Refugees - Contribution for students attending evening courses or Level I or III apprenticeship contracts
What it foreseest
Who is it for and what are the requirements?
Persons subject to international protection (refugee status, subsidiary protection and asylum seekers), temporary protection and special protection, employed by the Employment Agency or involved in training courses provided by Forma.Temp dedicated to them, are granted access to the Ebitemp service "Contribution for students attending evening courses or Level I or III apprenticeship contracts", with facilitated requirements. The applicant must attend an evening course to obtain a secondary school diploma or have signed a Level I or III apprenticeship employment contract with an Employment Agency (Apprenticeship for qualification and professional diploma; or Higher education and research apprenticeship).
What are you entitled to?
An annual contribution of €240 before tax, as provided for by law, for the purchase of books or learning materials (e.g., stationery).
What do you have to do?
In order to apply, the individuals concerned must have attended at least one day of the training courses provided by Forma.Temp dedicated to them, or have worked at least one day as a temporary worker, by signing an employment contract with an Employment Agency between 1 September and 31 August of each school year.
The application must be sent by the interested parties and/or by the Territorial Trade Union Offices exclusively by accessing the MyEbitemp reserved area, from which it is possible to monitor its progress and add any missing documentation (for the management of additions, consult the operational guide at the following link MyEbitemp Additions Management Guide).
If the required documentation is missing, Ebitemp will suspend the process and send the worker a request for additional documentation, which must be received within 90 calendar days. After this, if no additional documentation has been received, the application will be considered withdrawn and therefore rejected
Documentation required
Copy of the front and back of an identity document (identity card or passport) and tax code*;
copy of the front and back of the residence permit or copy of the receipt attesting to the submission of the application for protection;
certificate of course attendance issued by Forma.Temp or declaration in lieu of certification of the Forma.Temp course (see ATTACHMENTS);
certification of enrolment issued by the school or declaration in lieu of certification of enrolment in lower or upper secondary school (see ATTACHMENTS);
* if you do not have a final tax code because you are still waiting for the international, temporary or special protection status to be recognised, you must submit a copy of the receipt attesting to the submission of your application for protection which shows the temporary tax code assigned.
In cases where the individuals concerned are employed by an Employment Agency:
a copy of the fixed-term staffing contract and any extensions;
a copy of the permanent staffing contract (framework contract or Level I or III apprenticeship);
copy of last pay slip.

I am a minor worker with a temporary contract. What can I do to access Ebitemp's services?
For requests submitted by minors, the forms to be attached must be signed by someone with parental responsibility. Verification of the status of the person exercising parental responsibility can be obtained by means of the family status certificate or self-declaration of parental responsibility (click here to download the form).
Ebitemp has notified me of the suspension of the provision of a service due to the default on a loan granted by the Organisation. Why?
Failure to repay, in whole or in part, a loan granted by Ebitemp results in the suspension of the provision of the other benefits of the Organisation, until the outstanding amount has been repaid in full.
Common provisions
To ensure the provision of the requested service, Ebitemp reserves the right to request additional or different documentation from the applicant, or the original documentation.
To protect its rights, Ebitemp reserves the right to take legal action in the event of false statements or forged documents, or in any case in the event of conduct potentially constituting a civil or criminal offense.
All Ebitemp services are approved and provided at the sole discretion of the Organization.
