Refugees - Training allowance

What it foreseest

Who is it for and what are the requirements?

Persons entitled to international protection (refugee status, subsidiary protection and asylum seekers), temporary protection and special protection are granted a one-off allowance at the end of their first training course provided by Forma.Temp.

To qualify for the allowance, the person must have attended at least 70% of the course hours.

What are you entitled to?

A one-off allowance of €1,200 before tax.

What do you have to do?

The request must be submitted within 90 days of the end of the training course provided by Forma.Temp.

The application must be sent by the interested parties and/or by the Territorial Trade Union Offices exclusively by accessing the MyEbitemp reserved area, from which it is possible to monitor its progress and add any missing documentation (for the management of additions, consult the operational guide at the following link MyEbitemp Additions Management Guide).

If the required documentation is missing, Ebitemp will suspend the process and send the worker a request for additional documentation, which must be received within 90 calendar days. After this, if no additional documentation has been received, the application will be considered withdrawn and therefore rejected.
