Refugees - Nursery Contribution
What it foreseest
Who is it for and what are the requirements?
Persons under international protection (refugee status, subsidiary protection and asylum seekers), temporary protection and special protection employed by the Employment Agency, or who are attending the specific FormaTemp training courses, may access the Ebitemp "Contributo per Asilo Nido" (nursery school contribution), under special terms.
If the persons are attending the training course provided by Forma.Temp for this specific target group, the contribution will be paid only for the nursery fees for the months in which they attended at least one day of the course.
What are you entitled to?
A contribution of up to a maximum of €150 per month (starting from the April 2022 fee), a contribution of up to a maximum of €180 per month (starting from the February 2025 fee), up to the child's third birthday and until the completion of attendance at the nursery in the reference period. (For example, if the child turns 3 in February, the contribution will be paid until the end of the school year). Only invoices issued in Italy will be recognised.
The contribution will take into account the costs incurred for VAT but not the cost of stamp duty.
What do you have to do?
The request must be sent within 60 days of the expiry of the contract or within 60 days of the conclusion of the specific dedicated training course provided.
The application must be sent by the interested parties and/or by the Territorial Trade Union Offices exclusively by accessing the MyEbitemp reserved area, from which it is possible to monitor its progress and add any missing documentation (for the management of additions, consult the operational guide at the following link MyEbitemp Additions Management Guide).
If the required documentation is missing, Ebitemp will suspend the process and send the worker a request for additional documentation, which must be received within 90 calendar days. After this, if no additional documentation has been received, the application will be considered withdrawn and therefore rejected.
